We want you to love your June & Simple piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and inspected.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Shipping returns

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
